Mission: Deliver reliable, high quality site access, infrastructure and services that support our customers' evolving connectivity needs.
For almost two decades, Cornerstone's infrastructure has quietly supported the UK's mobile networks. Whilst we continue to strengthen that foundation and extend its reach, we're in an exciting period of acceleration and transformation that will see us enable more connectivity and compute to more communities and industries across the UK.
The Role
To lead and evolve the employee communications and engagement strategy for Cornerstone - shaping how we inform, connect and inspire our people during a period of growth and change.
This is a highly visible role, responsible for defining how strategy, priorities and performance are communicated across the organisation. Why This Role Matters
This is a high-impact role at a pivotal point in Cornerstone's evolution. As the business continues to transform, the need for clear, engaging and trusted communication has never been greater.
This role will play a key part in defining how Cornerstone communicates internally - bringing greater clarity, consistency and creativity to employee communications, while strengthening engagement, trust and connection across the organisation.
It's an opportunity to move beyond traditional internal comms and build a more connected, insight-led and high-performing communication environment - one that not only informs, but truly engages and inspires employees to deliver against our ambition.

Own and deliver the employee communications strategy, translating business priorities, strategy and OKRs into clear, engaging and accessible messaging.
️ Shape and lead leadership communications, including CEO and SLT messaging, All Hands sessions and key business updates.

What You'll Bring
You'll bring strong experience in employee communications, engagement and change communications, with the ability to translate business strategy into clear, compelling and meaningful messaging that resonates across an organisation.
You'll be confident working with senior leaders, shaping authentic and engaging communications, and challenging constructively where needed to drive clarity and impact.
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery - comfortable building plans, creating high-quality content and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. With a strong instinct for storytelling and audience engagement, you'll create communications that go beyond information-sharing to drive understanding, alignment and action.
