Job Title - Senior Employee Benefits Administrator

Location - Leicester LE16 7JT (office or hybrid working).

Salary - £35,000 - 42,000 + competitive benefits package

Duration - Permanent / Full Time

Our client is an award-winning Employee Benefits team based in Market Harborough. They work in partnership with their corporate clients to design and manage employee benefits programmes that help recruit and retain the best and brightest employees. They are passionate about employee engagement and look after companies of all sizes - ranging from small owner-managed businesses through to companies employing thousands of people.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator, to join their Employee Benefits team. They want an enthusiastic, passionate individual with strong technical knowledge of employee benefits including group risk and healthcare.

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • Client relationship management experience between the client and the insurance market.
  • Knowledge of group risk and healthcare insurance markets.
  • Exceptional administration skills and high levels of attention to detail.
  • Being a strong team member who wants to work closely with others to fulfil the service commitments effectively. You will take part in group tasks, projects and events.
