About the Role
We're looking for anEmployability Services Managerwho is passionate about making a difference in students' lives. This role is integral to our student front-line services, including campus hub operations, central workshops, events programme, and employability support.

You'll lead a team to design and deliver innovative services that positively impact student outcomes. We're on a mission to be sector-leading, and we need someone who shares this vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic direction of Employability front-line services.
  • Foster effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assume line management and project lead responsibilities.
  • Drive the evaluation and continuous improvement of service outputs.
