Job Description

We are looking for a talented EMEA Regulatory Affairs Manager-to join our team specializing in Environment for our PC&RA Regulatory Affairs Department inDaventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Expand Regulatory Networks: Cultivate and expand sensory networks to monitor emerging product emission regulations effectively.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organize and direct the development of regulatory positions by engaging with Business Units, technical staff, and leadership.
  • Strategic Position Development: Develop and align competitive emission regulatory positions with Cummins' core values and advocacy for robust standards.
  • Execute Advocacy Strategies: Strategically plan and execute advocacy efforts to influence regulatory outcomes positively.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Lead persuasive communications with customers, competitors, trade associations, and regulators to advocate for Cummins' positions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with PCRA staff, leadership, and Business Units to enhance product emission advocacy efforts.
  • Communicate Regulatory Changes: Expertly convey new and projected emission regulatory requirements to ensure efficient information flow.
  • Support Global Compliance: Assist in interpreting global product emission regulations and engage new acquisitions in regulatory development activities.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Ability to organize.
  • Demonstrable skills to formulate Strategic Advocacy: Formulate and execute advocacy strategies to influence regulatory outcomes, aligning with Cummins' core values.
  • Experience in leading global initiatives.
  • Experience across organizations and global regions preferred.
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in field appropriate for the discipline required.
