Job Purpose and Summary
Canon Europe is seeking a Human Resources Manager who will act as the first point of contact for function leaders, offering strategic support for all aspects of human resource management across EMEA. You will play an integral part in creating and shaping our HR function leading the implementation of EMEA wide HR programs and policies in collaboration with the HR Center of Excellence teams, and ensuring alignment with functional needs and working closely with the Core HR Strategy team.

Salary: up to £ 93,247.00 DOE plus a 10% bonus potential
- Annual Bonus and annual pay review
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
- Flexible core hours - starting anytime between 07:30am and 10am and finishing any time after 16:00, providing the standard 7.5 hours have been worked.

What we ask
Ideally CIPD qualified
Minimum 5 years' experience in a strategic HRBP / HRM position
Good insight and understanding of HR tools, processes and procedures
Strong external HR network and understanding of best practice
Solid understanding of key legislation/labour related regulations/directives impacting across EMEA (e.g. relevant EU directives, transfer of undertakings etc)
Solid understanding of Reward & Recognition policies and practices
Strong communication, interpersonal and planning skills
IT literate with sound knowledge and use of social media
Strong financial awareness and prior experience of managing a budget
Strong coaching capability
Good level of business acumen
You will need
You will demonstrate your ability to understand the needs of the business and deliver against agreed targets and priorities. Through your experience in change management, you will support and drive local transformation projects in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders. Your customer focused approach, along with your ability to negotiate and influence at different levels within the organisation, will enable you to add value both to the Functions and HR Organisation.
