Description and Requirements

As the EPS Program Manager, you will coordinate various commercial programs supporting the EMEA-wide Large Enterprise and Public Sector (EPS) teams. Your primary role will be to develop and oversee programs that enable these teams to have the best-in-market business and sales models, driving sustainable PC and Smart Solutions growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and learning, as you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives. The Program Manager, a key team member, reports to the EMEA EPS Leader and works closely with the EMEA EPS Market Leaders, Worldwide Commercial Teams, EMEA 4P Business Units, and WW/EMEA Project Groups.

This cross-functional approach is critical to drive Lenovo's commercial strategy in EMEA through measurable action against annual and mid-range business plans. You will manage resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations to achieve project goals.

This is individual contributor role.

The following are your primary roles/responsibilities as the EPS Program Manager.

  • Support continuous improvement, set up Large Enterprise and Public Sector business models for EMEA against agreed commercial outcomes.
  • Working closely with the fifteen EMEA markets, delivering and coaching change management in ongoing EPS programs/projects.
  • Develop and drive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Provide direction and guidance to other team members on the project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to achieve on time delivery and agreed outcomes.
  • Analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities impacts and risks. Apply creativity in developing new approaches and solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project status risks and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with project/program management methodologies and organisational processes.
  • Foster a cross-functional and positive team environment to promote productivity and innovation.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, identify lessons learned and make recommendations for future improvements.

Environment:

  • Experienced in working in a global matrixed organisation model.
  • Applies a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and sales management techniques.
  • A willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis to meet individual EMEA markets or attend events.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant technology sector experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP certification, PRINCE 2) is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at various levels, including senior management at board level.
