As a Senior Associate in the EMEA Stakeholder Management team you play a key role in , managing BAU stakeholder activities, expectations and executing strategic project and governance initiatives. You lead and participate in projects that uplift the firmwide third party oversight frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance. You work with us to manage stakeholder relationships, execute strategic initiatives, and support program governance. You help us deliver high-quality solutions and foster collaboration across functions. You play a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present comprehensive materials that communicate the Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) program strategies to stakeholders.
- Represent the CTPO program in forums, advocating the program's position with professionalism.
- Deliver engaging training and overview sessions to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support integration of program enhancements.
- Craft detailed written responses to address stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
- Serve as the main contact for regional stakeholders, providing guidance and support.
- Encourage stakeholder participation in evaluating risk and control effectiveness.
- Support change management processes in partnership with global teams and businesses.
- Lead execution and implementation of regional project deliverables and milestones.
- Establish and implement governance processes aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor, escalate, and resolve issues, tracking project risks and concerns.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Knowledge of outsourcing, third-party risk, or operational risk regulations.
- Solution-oriented thinker with a pragmatic approach to challenges.
- Track record of successfully executing projects and initiatives.
- Strong judgment and analytical skills to balance feedback and priorities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with sourcing, legal, compliance, and audit functions.
- Strong understanding of risk management and control principles.
- Experience overseeing both short-term objectives and long-range projects.
- Bachelor's degree required.
