Join our dynamic team as an EMEA Capital Markets Business Manager, where you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring robust governance processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Capital Markets bankers and contribute to the success of our business.
Job Summary:
As an EMEA Capital Markets Business Manager, you will support the business by tracking key metrics, maintaining deal pipelines, and providing value-added analysis for decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and contribute to global initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the business in tracking P&L, expenses, headcount, and other key metrics.
- Maintain the deal-by-deal pipeline, tracking against revenue forecasts, and partner closely with bankers to understand deal lifecycle factors.
- Contribute to business decision-making by providing analysis for quarterly reviews and ad-hoc requests, including client fee payers and competitor analysis.
- Provide analysis on JPM's external performance through Dealogic, ensuring consistency between internal fees and external credit.
- Establish a network with key stakeholders, including Bankers, Compliance, Product Controllers, and more.
- Serve as Secretary for the Debt and Equity Underwriting Committees.
- Involve in control initiatives, partnering with Compliance, Legal, and Control Managers.
- Collaborate with North America and APAC Business Manager counterparts on global initiatives and best practices.

- Understanding of Investment Banking products (M&A, ECM, DCM) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in business management support within Capital Markets.
