Electrical Project Manager - Substations
Danny Sullivan Group are looking for Project Managers with an Electrical bias, to work on long term substation projects, 11-132kV. This position is able to accommodate a hybrid work structure, with office locations near Reading and Slough. This client is a rapidly growing energy and utilities contractor with good opportunities for fast career progression.

Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager:
Lead and manage multiple project teams and electrical projects simultaneously to ensure that specification, quality and budget targets are met.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Maintain strict adherence to project schedule and design objective.
Develop project plans that incorporate strategic priorities and drive the achievement of business outcomes.
Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentoring and developing other members of the project team.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience
Experience in Construction Management, preferably in Power Utilities, or Water/Gas/Communications, regulated industry experience (National Grid, Network Rail, London Underground).
Strong and effective communicator.
Competent IT User (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Have the ability to work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention to detail.
A great attitude, a fantastic work ethic and a desire to learn.
A good working knowledge of operating systems, word processing and data input.
Working to tight deadlines maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
