You'll be joining our Property & Estates Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
- The role is permanent and full time
- Hybrid working arrangements - Remote worker with regular visits to the support centre or travelling within region
- The Estates Team offers a lot of flexibility with a relaxed, open and collaborative working environment, designed to ensure high performance and consistent delivery.

Your future, your role
As an Senior Estates Manager , you'll be p rimarily responsible for identifying and acquiring new dentistry sites within a designated region.
You will be responsible for taking these sites through the acquisition, legal, planning and post exchange/completion phases in line with the overall business growth strategy, along with dealing with all Estates Management activity and other related areas that require specialist property support.
You'll work cross functionally across the business with other teams including Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, Operations and Commissioning to deliver the broader business objectives and you will be responsible for working closely with external consultants where required to meet your goals.
