Job Title: eLearning Developer / Animator

Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £35,000 dependant on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working alongside other members of the eLearning Team to create fresh, creative, innovative and accessible learning solutions for a wide variety of teams and subject matters
  • Creating bespoke graphics and motion graphics for explainer videos, primarily in After Effects, Premier, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Listening and understanding to internal teams’ requirements to design brilliant learning content that delivers an engaging learning experience
  • Adhering to our company brand identity and standards

Your skills and experiences:

  • A proven background of industry standard eLearning development / authoring software tools (such as GoMo / Articulate) and knowledge of mobile learning principles
  • Demonstrable experience of web-based eLearning standards and specifications (SCORM, XAPI, HTML)
  • Experience of course design, development and evaluation methods within a virtual / eLearning environment
  • Effective animation and design skills using Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Demonstrable ability with quick animation software such as Vyond or Synthesia

The Talent and Learning Digital Training team:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive, high-quality eLearning modules, animations, and multimedia assets to support a variety of training programs.
