Join a dynamic team as an Electrical Package Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering major electrical packages for a leading organization in the energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on significant Brownfield and Greenfield facilities, ensuring compliance and excellence in electrical engineering.
Role Overview
- Lead the delivery of major electrical packages for Brownfield and Greenfield facilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the project management teams, procurement, engineering, and site teams.
- Manage modifications to existing power management systems and 11kV switchgear.
- Oversee the integration of new transformers and other electrical equipment.
- Drive multi-functional delivery by coordinating with construction teams on build sequences and ROS dates.
- Facilitate stakeholder buy-in and support engineering disciplines with a comprehensive understanding of project scope.
- Resolve technical issues leveraging a solid engineering background.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and suppliers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Environmental Compliance Inspection: Knowledge of environmental regulations and monitoring.
- Environmental Awareness Training: Ability to conduct training programs related to environmental compliance.
- Electrical Engineering: Significant experience in electrical engineering principles and practices.
- ICSS Design: Familiarity with Integrated Control and Safety Systems design.
- Power Management Systems: Experience with existing power management systems and modifications.
- 11kV Switchgear: Understanding of 11kV switchgear operations and management.
- Transformers: Knowledge of transformer specifications and integration.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical engineering or project management are advantageous.
- Experience in electrical engineering roles, specifically in package management or similar positions.
