Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and workforce development in the sport and physical activity sector? We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven professional to lead the charge in growing and nurturing our network of training provider partners.
In this exciting role, you'll:
- Drive partnership growth by expanding our network and embedding CIMSPA's services across training providers.
- Build and strengthen relationships, ensuring our partners feel supported, engaged, and inspired.
- Lead on retention and engagement, helping partners thrive while proactively identifying new opportunities to increase our collective impact.
- Champion excellence and best practice across the sector, positioning CIMSPA as the leading voice in education and workforce development.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing and growing relationships with education/training providers.
- Ensuring partners are engaged, supported, and aligned with CIMSPA standards.
- Strengthening long-term partnerships to boost retention and satisfaction.
- Recruiting new education partners.
- Identifying and converting commercial opportunities.
- Supporting campaigns to drive engagement and uptake.
- Promoting CIMSPA products and services to partners.
- Gathering insights to shape relevant offerings.
- Representing provider needs internally.
- Ensuring smooth delivery of partnership commitments.
- Contributing to partnership and commercial strategy.
- Monitoring performance and market trends.
- Representing CIMSPA at sector events and forums.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum
