The Role and Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forensic Technologist to join the team in London. As a Manager, you will
- independently manage projects which may include the full spectrum of the EDRM model.
- Liaise directly with clients, consulting on eDiscovery and Digital Investigations best practice
- work closely with Disputes and Investigation teams (accountants, compliance, investigators), and
- travel within EMEA to work on projects and meet clients
Your projects typically cover:
- forensic collection and imaging of computer devices and ESI
- setting up workspaces and processing data including email, chat data and mobile phone images
- manage reviews in Relativity e-Discovery, support and advise clients through the process, and
- digital investigations into devices or documents with the potential of expert testimony
The Requirements

You will have:
- Proven experience in Forensic Technology specifically working in eDiscovery and/or Digital Investigations in a leading advisory firm or similar
- Proficiency using the Relativity eDiscovery tool and a full understanding of the necessary workflow required from data collection to review, including evidence handling
- Strong written and oral communication skills in addition to well-developed organisation skills
- Fluency in English; additional European languages such as German and French are valuable
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or similar
Certifications including RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) or the Relativity Certified User, Nuix eDiscovery Specialist, EnCase EnCE, CFE, and ACE are advantageous but not essential.
