About the Role

This is a senior position responsible for delivering on a new area of development for the business that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Development of the ecosystem partnership strategy is at an early stage and this role requires innovative thinking and flexibility. An ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements with partners will be crucial, with the ability to adapt to an evolving partnerships strategy.

You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance ICIS product offerings, expand market reach and drive business growth. You will work closely with internal and external partners to understand how the ICIS ecosystem strategy supports and powers the wider strategy, and the ICIS 'superstrengths' that underpin the ecosystem offering to customers and partners. You will Identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit, complementary capabilities, and shared objectives with primary focus on ecosystem partners but not limited to ecosystem partners.

You will need to establish and nurture effective, data-driven collaborative relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite and other senior executives in these organizations to understand their business goals, identify areas of mutual benefit, and create value propositions for joint initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential strategic alliance partners
  • Investigating and analyzing potential partners' resources and capabilities
  • Create Win-Win-Win propositions that align with ICIS, Partner and Customer objectives ensuring mutual benefits and success.Work closely with partners to navigate potential risks, including IP concerns and ensure that trust is built through transparent, data driven discussions and clearly defined value propositions
  • Negotiation and contract management Define the terms and conditions of the partnership, including responsibilities, measurable objectives, and financial arrangements
  • Internal communication and Collaboration. Communicate effectively across ICIS various internal teams, using data driven arguments to influence decision making and ensure alignment on partnership objectives.
  • Managing partners to grow the partnership value throughout its lifecycle
  • Coordinating marketing and communications with alliance partners
  • Market research and analysis to understand movements in the market that may affect our partners / partner targets

Requirements

  • Have expertise in forming and maintaining strategic alliances
  • Be able to anticipate internal and external business challenges, and vendor and_or regulatory issues
  • Be a subject matter expert in their particular discipline
  • Be able to lead projects with notable risk and complexity
  • Be able to solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the business
  • Be able to persuade senior executives to adopt new perspectives by communicating complex concepts effectively
  • Be able to work within division objectives
