This role owns trading execution, onsite experience, and digital optimisation - driving growth in conversion, AOV, margin, and customer engagement. It requires a hands-on operator who can take ownership, make decisions, and deliver without close supervision.
Working cross-functionally with Growth, Merchandising, Trade, Marketing, and Creative, the role ensures the digital experience reflects Nkuku's Natural, Crafted, Ethical values while delivering consistent commercial performance.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable owning the detail, whilst thinking commercially - ensuring every campaign, category, and customer journey performs to its full potential.

- Plan and execute the onsite trading calendar, including promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

- Monitor and drive performance across conversion, AOV, margin, Demand, and Banked.
- Optimise navigation, filtering, search, and product merchandising to improve conversion and product discovery.
- Work closely with Merchandising and Trade to align stock, intake, pricing, and markdown activity.

- Maintain a clear and prioritised backlog of onsite improvements, focused on commercial impact.
- Translate trading and customer insight into practical, testable improvements.
- Ensure the site is fast, intuitive, and commercially effective at all stages of the journey.
Digital Development & Delivery
- Manage the digital development roadmap, prioritising work based on business impact and resource.
- Own the relationship with development partners, including briefing, QA, testing, and delivery.
- Deliver key digital projects such as theme enhancements, personalisation, and functionality improvements.

- Demand and Banked performance meeting or exceeding targets.
