  • Drive profitable sales growth to outperform the market & competitors across given account base.
  • Improve Henkel brand visibility & shopper experience through optimising content & SEO in close collaboration with brand marketing partner agencies.
  • Proactively manage product portfolio to increase penetration & conversion.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, & extract maximum value & ROI from Amazon services including AVS & AMS.
  • Develop customer specific account plans & execute co-ordinated activities & promotional plans.
  • Manage customer related budgets within guidelines.
  • Become an expert & advise on e-commerce media, merchandising & assortment strategy.
  • Monitor & report on Henkel & customer KPI's, provide improvement recommendations.
  • Turn sales plan into accurate forecast in collaboration with Business Planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with Category Marketing, Business Controlling & Supply Chain to deliver key projects and improvement plans.
  • Active participation in sales team meetings & ad-hoc projects.
  • Sets up business models with pure players including annual contract / terms negotiation.
  • Implements global e-Commerce strategy in pure players comprising product/assortment, price, promotion and media taking into consideration local specifics.
  • Follows up day to day operations to ensure smooth fullfillment, product readiness and best in class consumer experience.
  • Builds promotional plans to boost sales given the learnings that can be extracted from e-com data sources.
  • Follows up and adjusts advertising in order to maximise ROAS.
  • Monitor key performance metrics.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Demonstrate success in Key Account Management, ideally within a Consumer Goods market.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon and Pure Player customers is essential.
  • Degree Educated, or equivalent preferred.
  • A strategic thinker with strengths in analysis, planning and forecasting.
  • Proven track record in negotiations with national accounts.
  • Fully experienced in all aspects of P&L management.
  • Strong analytical ability & confidence with numbers, able to draw conclusions & insight from data.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, self-starter.
  • Positive attitude towards personal growth and career development.
