The customer is the leading provider of monitored security solution within EUROPE. In 2019, they form a strategic partnership with a world leader in connected cameras, thus they become the leader on the Smart Home Market in Europe. They are currently present in 49+ countries, and they are rapidly expanding.

Job Summary
• You are fluent in English. Any other European language is a plus.
• Be very ambitious, have no ceiling on how much they can grow the account and move the dial on business performance.
• You are interested in all areas of sales and dedicated to representing and building a strong brand.
• You have Amazon Sales experience.
• You are an excellent team player and enjoy working in an international team.
• You have already gained initial sales/marketing experience.
• Be able to commute to the London Victoria office 3 times a week.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Own an EU Marketplace
• Contribute to the end-to-end management of customer's portfolio. This includes but is not limited to execution and product merchandising, promotions (including tactical and strategic planning), inventory (sales in and out), critical product launches.
• Developing the current Amazon 1P offering and ensuring this can evolve with the platform to drive the best possible profit performance whilst ensuring optimal customer proposition.
• Managing all activity on Amazon platform including catalogue management, A+ content, PPC campaign management, and all-round optimization.
• SEO, content & product proposition analysis bespoke for UK end-consumers.
• Fully understand the competitive environment on Amazon and develop the appropriate plans to the be category leader.
• Learn to create proposals and participate in maintaining a strong overall relationship with Amazon.
• Plan and prioritise sales calls and customer contact towards maximizing sales and achieving agreed business objectives.
• Interact with marketing budgets and spend at channel and account level.
• Develop and leverage a presence on Amazon to drive customer as the category leader.
• Identify, develop, and handle sales opportunities with the Amazon regional counterpart.
• Weekly reporting and forecasting.
• Follow up on product, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims.
• Maintain and develop existing and new partners through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and meaningful internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, email and personal visits.
• Interface with other departments, both internally and externally, as needed to support customer accounts and resolve any issues that may arise.

Essential Skills
• Must hold a bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
• A candidate who has been a Brand Associate/Brand Specialist at Amazon.
• Excellent expertise in SEO
• Proven expertise in eCommerce sales on AMAZON platform
• Action oriented individual with a proven drive for results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Digitally fluent with following tools

- Power BI

- Amazon Dashboard

- Oracle

- SharePoint
• Capable of building productive relationships internally and externally across management and functional levels.
• Excellent problem identification and remediation skills.
