Up to March 2025 in the first instance, with possible extension subject to continued funding.

The Role

Working as part of the Early Years and Childcare Team and in partnership with colleagues from across the sector, the successful candidate will take a lead role in ensuring programmes and interventions are delivered in line with commissioned arrangements and grant terms and conditions, as well as supporting the continual improvement and increased effectiveness of services.

The post-holder will play a pivotal role in collaborative work with partners from a wide range of internal and commissioned services work to further develop universal, targeted and specialist support and interventions to meet the needs of local families with early years children.

This is a hybrid role, with the post-holders time divided between home, our office-base at Corneli Integrated Children's Centre and meetings and events held across the Cwm Taf Morgannwg region. Applicants should be aware that, as this post will require travel throughout Bridgend and the Cwm Taf Morgannwg region
