We are looking for an individual who has a minimum two years post qualifying experience who will have demonstrated great practice and some leadership skills. You are most likely to be in a senior practitioner role or Room Leader role right now.

About the role:
This is a maternity cover position, likely to last 9-12 months.
You will proactively support the performance and quality of your area. You will expect high standards of care that will help young children to develop and give parents peace of mind and essential support through their child's journey at Red Bus. Support the Pre-School Room Manager to develop the staff team and value them as individuals.
To support the Manager in Pre-School to lead and manage the staff team in the day to day operations. To proactively develop employees to meet their full potential ensuring they are suitably trained, coached and encouraged to flourish within Red Bus.
To empower a culture of continuous improvement throughout, proactively driving high quality and the practice forward.
To promote everything Red Bus including all Red Bus policies and procedures. Work closely with the Managers in influencing and developing policies, procedures and practice, promoting collective responsibility for their effective implementation to the highest standard.
Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children, employees and visitors at all times.
