The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality early help services.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to support children and families.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services, ensuring continuous improvement.
This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
This position will be subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
