The Role

Join a dynamic Early Careers team supporting high-volume student recruitment across impactful Early Identification (EID) programmes. You'll manage end-to-end programme delivery - from attracting talent to running events and driving conversions - while helping widen access to career opportunities and creating a best-in-class candidate experience.

This is 4-months assignment, UK remote.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end delivery of EID programmes (planning, recruitment, delivery, conversion)
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide support and coaching throughout their journey
• Partner with AMS, Talent Engagement, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Plan and deliver engaging events (logistics, vendors, coordination)
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure programmes are well-staffed
• Analyse programme performance (data, surveys, conversion rates) and drive improvements
• Contribute to programme design and continuous enhancement

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

• Experience in recruitment (ideally high-volume or early careers)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage projects or programmes end-to-end
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in Early Careers / campus recruitment
• Event or programme management experience
• Exposure to RPO environments or working with suppliers
• Passion for diversity, inclusion, and early talent development
