The Role:
Our role will give you the opportunity to oversee the EMEA region of one of our most high profile client partnerships. You will have the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies and manage a growing team while partnering with a financial services client to provide Campus Services.

As an Early Careers & Campus Senior Manager you'll be accountable for operational delivery, budget management, team management, relationship management and leadership of the Early Careers & Campus function delivering services to the client; effectively leading and partnering closely with the campus leadership team.
You will also support the Senior Manager and Client Operations Director in creating the talent strategy for the account and driving the achievement of all contractually agreed quality thresholds, KPIs and client satisfaction targets.
Key Accountabilities:

- Be accountable for clearly communicating Strategic Account Vision and Plan to team
- Lead in-country and off-shore teams
- Unifies matrix resources behind shared priorities of productivity, account profitability and customer satisfaction
- Accountability for issue resolution, supporting the wider team to resolve at the appropriate level
- People – retention of AMS talent especially high potentials through performance management and continuous development
- Build strong and influential trusted partner relationships with identified senior client stakeholders
- Custodian of the client’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) ensuring the entire team can convey the proposition in a compelling way
- Effective, accurate and timely creation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Create and implement continuous improvement plans
- Monitor the account’s Key Performance Indicators and forecasts
- Manage the scope, governance and compliance of the contract through team activity; identify and tackle scope creep
- Participate in operational work to address any gaps in coverage
- Ensure compliance - AMS Risk Management Framework, including the identification and management of risk; and ii) legislation affecting area of work
Skills & Experience
You’ll need:
Must haves
- Deep demonstrated understanding of Campus Recruitment Solutions
- Demonstrated capability to manage a P&L; working knowledge of contracts,
financial levers, governance frameworks, business assurance and controls - Experience of using subject matter experts as appropriate to deliver projects
- Ability to motivate team to deliver against set targets and drive organisation performance
- Subject matter expertise in local early careers recruitment practices such as
campus marketing strategies, recruitment models and best practice recruitment - Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
- Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, compliance elements for contractors) and ability to guide and advise clients on legislation
- Proven ability to work in a highly complex matrix organization, managing large teams with a mix of direct/indirect/matrixed reports
- Proficient PowerPoint, Excel and reporting skills
