The Role
The Onsite Senior Coordinator for campus recruitment supports all aspects of the Early Careers and Campus solution, with a focus on candidate engagement, coordination and facilitation of on site, in person events. The onsite coordinator supports activities in relation to recruitment attraction, post offer and keep warm engagement. Their additional responsibilities are for delegating tasks to both onsite and remote colleagues, monitoring task completion, and acting as a point of contact for business unit recruiters. Additionally, they perform 4-eye checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with recruitment policies.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
- Managing business or location specific activities for the following scope of services: events management, candidate and business query management, onboarding and keep warm, invoicing and PO raising, updating applicant tracking system, , and reporting
- Updating of Operations Manual and work instructions
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes, including changes providing first line support for managing and resolving escalations
- Reviewing processes to identify areas of improvement
- Overseeing work allocation and reviewing accuracy of output for Coordinators
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
Must haves:
- Experience working in-house, or in RPO in a role focused on early careers and campus recruitment, with a focus on candidate management, volume recruitment and event coordination
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and working independently with clients and candidates.
- Ability to convey information clearly and engagingly through verbal or written communication and can interpret and utilize information effectively to influence others.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, workload, and time management with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment
- Able to work in an agile and fast past environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Working knowledge on recruitment technology and platforms
Nice to haves:
- Experience in liaising with external vendors to support event coordination
- Understanding of compliance and legislations
- Demonstrate interest in learning about the broader market, industry to be able to build network and provide great market insights to client and different workstreams
