Join our University Relations Team
Our University Relations team works across Europe to develop long term relationships with key universities in engineering & technology and business fields. The team recruits for a world class rotational graduate program and internships using leading technology to source and interview fresh talent.
You will work on sourcing and assessing candidates for our graduate programs and interns.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Confirming hiring needs from Baker Hughes’ businesses across Europe, SSA and Caspian.
- Supporting University Champions by liaising with key universities to source suitable candidates
- Screening and evaluating candidates using Workday and HireVue.
- Organising final assessment days which may be in person or virtual
- Using Workday to post, source and hire candidates for various internship fields such as engineering and Technology, digital technology, finance and other business functions.
- Using Workday to accurately report on hiring data and metrics.
- Supporting the Field Engineering Internship program and monitoring conversion.
- Some travel will be required to attend university events and assessment days across the regions.
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Track record of delivering end-to-end Early Careers recruitment campaigns and targeted solutions or experience in running/facilitating assessment centres
- Experience in the Early Careers and Campus market and knowledge of working with third parties in this environment
- Be content handling all aspects of the recruitment process from administration and arranging interviews to strategic development of programs and systems.
- Have worked on applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo or similar
- Be fluent in oral and written English and have excellent all-round communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Presentation skills – verbal and in-person
- Experience in developing an account from the ground up
