MISSION

The E-Retail Partnership Manager, working closely with the Senior Digital Partnership Manager, will lead the digital strategy and execution for key chain e-commerce accounts (such as Boots.com, Sephora.com, and AS Watson Group). In this role, you will leverage your digital expertise and commercial acumen working alongside the commercial NAM to drive retail sales growth, increase market share, and boost long-term customer value (LTCV) for our brands and key partners.

Our first strength is Makeup, led by NARS, UK's Nr4 colour brand with incredible success globally and that gained 4 rankings in the last 2 years thanks to its unique tone of voice and exceptional complexion and lip products.

Skincare is a key priority for expansion, with 5 very diverse and complementary brands covering the full scope of consumers needs and profiles. From brand Shiseido that is recognized for its uncompromising quality and showing huge growth potential in UK&I, to already iconic Drunk Elephant (+75% growth this year, about to enter Top10 Skincare) with its most sought-after formulations and Skin Smoothies, or the spectacular Clé de Peau Beauté that embodies the ultimate of stem-cell technology to the service of radiance. This year, we just launched ULÉ a newly created Skin-Tech brand with breakthrough credentials around Sustainability and botanical performance, as well as expanding Gallinée, our most recent acquisition from 2022 specialized around skin microbiome with unique patents.

We are also growing fast in Fragrance, a category we want to accelerate with leading Designers brands such as Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Tory Burch, Zadig&Voltaire and Serge Lutens.

Reports to: Senior E-Retail Partnership Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in driving the UK E-Retail Strategy in your division, as set out by the Senior Partnership Manager
  • Commercial digital lead on key chains working in partnership with NAM colleagues
  • Lead on key accounts including individual strategy per account, per brand, aligned to retailer capabilities and digital trends tapping into partnership roadmap goals
  • Budget Management with relation to Retail Media channels working collaboratively with Commercial NAM and Brand Marketing Leads
  • Retailer relationships management, especially with key online and digital contacts building relationships at retailer level
  • Campaign reporting including monthly ROI analysis and insights sharing to inform best investment choices
  • Internal team calls lead and strong project management skills ensuring the smooth running of all e-retailer campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with SMEs to innovate and drive channel best practices (Content, Media, CRM, Performance, Advocacy)
  • Key collaborator with Brand Marketing Leads to drive increased customers and market share
  • Digital native able to influence others on e-retail best practices and championing upskilling teams
  • Key interface with EMEA E-Retail team and Global brand teams (where relevant)
  • Support wider E-Retail team on special projects, e.g. ratings and reviews, digital shelf analysis, content innovation, data and insights
  • Support the management of a retailer Implant
  • Daily management and mentorship of an E-Retail Partnership Intern

PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience managing Digital / E-Retail relationships
  • Experience in a commercial market or digitally focused role or within an e-retailer advantageous
  • Retail Media Campaign management preferred
  • Experience managing people, directly and indirectly
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regional and local teams to achieve cohesion
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
  • Proactive, pragmatic and analytical mindset
  • Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude, a team player but able to work autonomously
  • Experience leading digital upskilling and training desirable
  • Aware of digital and e-retail trends, retail media experience desirable
