Job Description
We're on a mission to make our products shine online, whether that's on Amazon, other marketplaces, or retail partner sites. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting into the detail of product content and merchandising, while also bringing some fresh ideas about how we show up across Europe and Internationally. You'll play a big part in shaping our digital presence and making sure our customers get the best possible brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management
- Work with our global teams to pull together product content, from copy to carousel imagery and A+ content.
- Coordinate with our brand and language leads to make sure everything is localised and relevant across different European and International markets.
- Help us upload, organise and maintain content in our Product Information Management (PIM) system, Salsify.
Amazon and Marketplace Merchandising
- Lead how our products show up on Amazon and other marketplaces, optimising PDPs, sorting variations, and placing products in the right categories
- Own the full product setup process, making sure product listings are accurate, consistent and new product is delivered on time.
- Keep our Amazon Brand Stores and marketplace shops fresh and inspiring, aligning with seasonal campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
- Build and optimise A+ content that tells our story and drives results.
Retail E-Comms Support
- Share best practices and toolkits with our International Channel Marketing team to support with setup on retail partner sites.
- Provide content and guidance for new product introductions so our partners can launch with impact.
Campaign & Promo Support
- Help deliver marketing activity, from briefing emails to updating promotional content
- Get involved in planning and running big events like Prime Day, Black Friday and other seasonal sales
Reporting & Analysis
- Keep an eye on how our content and merchandising is performing, from traffic and conversion to availability.
- Dive into search and keyword trends to spot opportunities for Advertising optimisation
- Benchmark against best-in-class brands to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
Qualifications
We'd love to hear from you if you're detail-oriented, collaborative and passionate about how products come to life online. You don't have to tick every box. If you're curious, proactive and want to grow your skills, this could be a great fit.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Merchandising experience: You've worked hands-on with product assortment, planning and presentation, bringing products to life online and understanding what drives customer engagement
- Planner: You can see the bigger picture while managing day-to-day tasks, keeping projects on track across multiple markets
- E-commerce enthusiast: You know digital merchandising best practices and are excited about making products shine online
- Growth mindset: You're always looking for ways to improve your own skills and contribute smarter ways for the team to work.
- Process improver: You spot inefficiencies and take initiative to streamline workflows for faster, better results
- Clear communicator: You confidently share ideas, keep teams aligned, and ensure projects progress smoothly.
- Organised multitasker: You juggle deadlines and priorities while still delivering high-quality work
- Tool curious: You may have used platforms like Amazon Vendor Central, Stackline, Adobe Express or PIM systems, but if not, you're quick to learn.
- Collaborative teammate: You enjoy working with others, flex to different priorities and thrive in a supportive team environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
