As an E-Casino Team Memberyou will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests expectations.
You will;
- • Ensureall customers & particularly electronic gaming customers receive high-quality customer service to facilitate their play, ensuring profitable admissions, aided by pre-approved promotions
• Maximiserevenue from all electronic gaming product, by ensuring excellent customer service, supporting the Grosvenor Brand Standards & assisting management in the financial analysis of all equipment
• Havea basic knowledge of the technical specification of the electronic gaming products & related management systems, including the capability to diagnose & resolve day-to-day operating issues which may adversely impact the customer experience &/or the accuracy of financial reports
- Have awareness of compliance and security aspects of electronic gaming
- Workclosely with external service providers to ensure an efficient & prompt level of response for all electronic gaming product, so as to minimise downtime
Qualifications
- Positive attitude
- Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role
- (Preferred) Previous experience working in a multifaceted role
- Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience
- Ability to collaborate with the wider business
- Sound communication skills
- Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working
- Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
