We're opening in St Paul's/Bank and looking for a Duty Manager to be part of the team that keeps everything moving and delivers every shift.

What this role actually is
You're not just overseeing a shift.
You're setting the pace, supporting the team, and making sure everything runs the way it should.
From first guest through to the end of the night, the expectation is simple: smooth service, strong atmosphere and no drop in standards.
What you'll be doing
- leading shifts from start to finish
- running pre-shift briefings and setting clear expectations
- keeping service smooth, fast and consistent during busy periods
- supporting the team on the floor and stepping in where needed
- handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently
- coordinating bar and floor to keep everything flowing
- maintaining standards across service, cleanliness and setup
What we're looking for
- experience in a busy, high-energy venue
- previous supervisor or team leader experience
- confident leading a team during fast-paced service
- strong communication and a team-first mindset
- positive, hands-on and reliable approach
