The Job Role

• A Duty Manager for a themed, premium bar-pub venue
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams during service
• A Duty Manager to support the Assistant and General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business
• Manage cash, opening/closing procedures, and compliance with licensing and safety regulations
• Drive revenue through upselling drinks, cocktails, and experiences

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment
• A manager/supervisor with proven experience in premium bars, gastropubs, or hospitality venues
• A Duty Manager, that is able to bring across aengaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
