Job Description

Frasers Group is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Duty Manager to play a crucial role in our dynamic hospitality team, you will be instrumental in delivering great customer service, team motivation, adhering to the highest levels of cleanliness and promoting the company values.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Personally deliver exceptional guest service
• Ensure quality standards are met consistently by team members
• Assist teams across all departments to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
• Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and promote safe working practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong organisational and team leadership skills
• Effective communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders & external suppliers
• A proactive and adaptable approach to a dynamic work environment
