Dual Site Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to oversee two support services in North London.
The first service, Devonshire Road (N13 4QJ), is a five-bed residence providing care for adults with autism or learning disabilities. Located in a peaceful Edwardian house, just a few minutes from shops, community centres, and public transport, Devonshire Road also supports individuals with mental health needs and physical disabilities.
The second service, Linden Lodge (N14 4LU), is a ten-bed residence designed to support residents with learning disabilities, communication challenges, and mental health needs.
Job Advert Role Description
In this role, you and your team will help individuals achieve their personal goals, building confidence and skills through community involvement, staff engagement, and other development opportunities. As a CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take charge of all aspects of the services, including budget management, quality control, and compliance, ensuring that each resident receives the highest standard of care and support.
Dedicated to quality assurance, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, person-cantered support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate best practices in social care, continually advancing the service to meet evolving needs. This role offers a valuable opportunity to apply your leadership and management skills in a setting where the effective administration of resources and personnel will be essential to the success of both services.
