Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Divisional Showroom Manager to join our team For the South West Region .

The Role

In this role you will have the responsibility to build and deliver a strategic development plan for the divisional showrooms, which will enhance brand awareness and achieve divisional growth targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

Can demonstrate a proven track record in sales and have worked in a targeted environment. You'll be able to build strong relationships and influence the sales process. Manage the day to day running of the showroom.

Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible; taking responsibility for the start to end sales process. Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site. Executing and coordinating the sale of the bathroom.

Achieving sales in line with your agreed sales targets and ensuring the team are driven to meet their own. Creating and maintaining your own individual lead database.

Placing your customers orders directly with suppliers in accordance with company procedures and managing the customer timeframe expectations

The Requirements

  • Provide clear direction and support for showroom managers and their teams.
  • Build and deliver a strategic plan that ensures all financial targets are achieved.
    Define and rollout best practice processes and procedures across the divisional showroom network
  • Raise the awareness and profile of the showroom offer across the wider business.
  • Create a robust succession and people development plan.
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure new initiatives are successfully delivered.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and supply partners
  • Build a positive and supportive team culture across the showroom network. Required Skills / Abilities
  • Multi-site management and leadership experience
  • P&L ownership
  • Business Leader
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company Systems (Kerridge, Phocas, Power BI, KBB, EQ
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Product knowledge • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be motivated and results driven
  • Have a good attention to detail
  • Have excellent organisational skills

The Hours

Monday- Friday 07:30 :-17:00
