We're hiring for a Display Director to join the team in London.

Purpose of the Role

As Display Director you'll join a team of digital and publishing experts, formed to help our clients navigate the display landscape. The team are responsible for the planning, activation and performance of print & digital advertising campaigns for our clients, facilitating a collaborative approach between media partners, our clients and Carat client services to delivering best in class campaigns across display media.

Working closely with the Display Partner, you'll ensure investment decisions are optimal and that delivery of our solutions meets client expectations and operational standards. Leading on client contact and responsible for maintaining relationships and delivery of exceptional client service you'll be an inspiring advocate for digital and printed display: translating to teamwork which delivers clients objectives / KPIs, helping to bring innovative and creative ideas to the Display planning & buying process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in converting exciting media opportunities that ladder to growth, being accountable for quality delivery of best-in-class Display planning across client patch.
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver consistent and best in class campaigns across Display, managing your team's workflow, output and development, inspiring others to challenge work norms and improve our practices.
  • Manage and deliver on your client PRF's and liaise with the Commercial team to track, proactively seeking new Investment opportunities for your clients.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure that all team admin is up to date and accurate by required deadlines (Reporting / billings, PCAs etc).
  • Support the network in proactively identifying and evaluating new technology that can augment our creativity and connectivity to meaningful outcomes.
  • Support with New Business pitches.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience with planning and delivering Digital Display campaigns from a media agency, media owner or sales house environment.
  • Experience in client account management and team leadership with strong negotiation skills.
  • IT literate; competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and able to pick up new systems as necessary including key media tools ie CM360, PRISMA, DoubleVerify
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to ensure 100% accuracy across all planning and commercial processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good communication internally and externally.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and confident in problem solving and relationship building across your team.
