What you will be doing

Amplifi is the global media investment platform of the Dentsu Network - we are focused on driving profitable and sustainable business outcomes through partnership and media innovation and unlock business outcomes for our clients through three key areas of opportunity.

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that their teams are delivering plans that deliver against client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives.

The difference you'll make

  • Co-ordinate and manage the team to plan and deliver consistent and best in class campaigns across display media
  • Ensure client servicing is to a high standard for you and all direct reports
  • Develop strong relationships with media owners, op cos and clients.
  • Demonstrate your media expertise, especially display, on a regular basis. Understanding client's business and performance needs and be able to interpret this into innovative & progressive media planning solutions.
  • Be a first-class operator that sets a high standard: showing robust organisation, diligence, productivity and commercial acumen
  • Manage your team's workflow, output and development

What you'll bring

  • Strong negotiation skills & interpersonal skills
  • Good communication across all levels with Amplifi team, external media owners and Op Cos.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Great attention to detail - ability to ensure 100% accuracy across all planning, reporting and commercial processes

It would also be nice for you to have

  • Proficient use in key platforms and tools (CM/PRISMA/MEDIATEL/IPSOS/CLEAR DECISIONS/MEDIA EXPLORER)
  • Highly numerate and analytical

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
