Disability Inclusion Program Manager - 19 month FTC, Workforce Candidate Engagement

**This is a 19 month FTC role**

Amazon's EU Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a highly motivated Program Manager focused on furthering Amazon's culture of inclusivity through tailored hiring programs which support underrepresented talent pools. Meeting program goals will be successfully achieved through influencing internally and engaging externally. As a Program Manager on the team, you will work across Europe to develop and implement project plans which support underrepresented groups of job seekers to access Amazon roles. You will dive deep to understand the customer and possible support programs (which may be current candidates, job seekers, employees, external vendors and government entities). You will actively work to identify gaps and opportunities where there are currently barriers to inclusion. You will influence and align key business partners and stakeholders to implement changes to create opportunity parity.

The successful candidate will be a talented problem solver who enjoys tackling ambiguous challenges and ultimately creating a new candidate pipeline for the business. You will thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment and want to build something new. You'll be comfortable in ambiguous situations and create direction where none previously existed.

You must be able to:
• Work cross-functionally and as part of an international team with various stakeholders at all levels to create and scale programs and initiatives
• Deliver on agree programs goal, whilst working on initiatives to improve existing process
• Be a self-starter who can navigate program delivery challenges

Key job responsibilities
• Deliver on Amazon's key disability initiatives, focussed on our Supported Employment and Supported Internship programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and implement best practices, and standards. You will own program procedure documentation while serving as the point of contact for any program you are assigned to
• Act as a subject matter expert to improve quality of key partnership's (internal and external)
• Build and foster candidate engagement and sourcing strategies and demonstrate return on investment with data from different internal functions such as PxT, public policy, internal and external comms
• The programs you will work on will focus on supported employment and other disabled job seekers.

About the team
This is a program role within the Candidate Engagement Team (CE). The team operates across Europe. The team creates opportunities for candidates across Europe to access Amazon roles who benefit from additional support or a specific hiring program. The team partners with organisations who specialise in providing support to external candidates, and creates opportunities through sharing information, removing barriers and setting up pre-hire and post hire support.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in program or project management
- Experience with Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
