In this pivotal role, you will shape and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns seamlessly with our overall charity objectives. As the Lead for AI Technology & Digital Systems, you will be the driving force behind integrating emerging technologies, streamlining processes, and elevating experiences for the people we support and our colleagues across all facets of our charity.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge technological solutions to drive growth, embed innovation into all operations, and enhance efficiency and future-proof the charity.
  • Formulate and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy that harmonizes with the broader goals of the charity.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to streamline processes and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with services departments, and external partners to understand their unique needs and provide innovative technology solutions that address identified challenges.
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and cybersecurity measures, proactively identifying and addressing risks to safeguard our digital assets and maintain data integrity.
  • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and innovation within the technology team.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within IT and technology management.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, AI, and IT trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Thorough understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and delivering innovative technology solutions.
