About the Role

As a Senior Omni-Channel Content Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our clients' content strategies across multiple channels. You will be responsible for understanding customer journeys and developing content plans that engage, inform, and convert audiences across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Work with our Data & Intelligence team to understand audience needs, preferences, and behaviours, utilising insights to tailor content strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, marketing specialists, and external partners to produce compelling content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.
  • Plan and inform content calendars, ensuring timely execution of strategies across all channels, including social media, email, web, print, and more.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, using data to refine and optimise strategies for improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and content best practices to continually enhance content strategies and execution.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and solutions.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person.

Requirements

  • circa 7-8 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Experience in retail and hospitality sectors a huge advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing metrics and tools to measure performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective content strategies.
  • Proficient in content management systems and digital analytics tools.
