Cameron Spa is award winning. Our state-of-the-art hydro and thermal facilities include the iconic roof-top infinity pool. There's a VIP couple's room with mineral bath, steam room and private balcony, and Rasul mud chamber, steam room and relaxation suite.
Our team of highly qualified therapists deliver a treatment menu for all occasions be it a full-day indulgence or express treatment, guests are sure to leave relaxed and rejuvenated.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Cameron Club General Manager, the Director of Spa will provide strategic leadership, commercial direction and operational excellence across the Spa operation.
This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences alongside strong commercial performance, sustainable revenue growth and profit delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of Spa commercial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA delivery, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Driving revenue across treatments, retail, memberships, wellness experiences and ancillary services through innovative commercial strategy and exceptional execution.
- Optimising pricing strategy, treatment mix, therapist productivity, capacity utilisation and yield management to maximise performance.
- Leading the development of compelling spa and wellness experiences that strengthen Cameron House's position as Scotland's leading luxury resort.
- Partnering with resort commercial, sales and marketing teams to develop promotional activity, packages, partnerships and demand-generation initiatives.
- Owning retail performance strategy, driving product sales, merchandising standards and conversion performance.
- Establishing clear KPIs across commercial, operational and guest experience metrics, holding leaders accountable for performance delivery.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of Forbes/5-star luxury service standards across every guest touchpoint.
- Leading all compliance, health & safety, payroll, people management and operational governance requirements.
- Building a high-performing culture through strong leadership, talent development, engagement and retention.

Who we're after:
- We are seeking an exceptional and commercially astute leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, wellness and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- You will be a confident and inspiring people leader with strong presence, natural flair and the ability to motivate high-performing teams to consistently deliver exceptional standards within a fast-paced luxury environment.
- A strategic and commercially driven operator, you will bring a proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence within a premium Spa, Wellness or Leisure environment.
- You will possess strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, payroll productivity, performance metrics and identifying opportunities to enhance commercial returns without compromising service excellence.
- A creative and entrepreneurial thinker, you will have the ability to evolve the Spa offering through innovative treatments, wellness programming, retail performance, partnerships, packages and guest experiences that strengthen market positioning and drive incremental revenue.
- You will be highly experienced in luxury guest service delivery, with an obsession for exceeding expectations and maintaining the highest standards across every touchpoint.
- An exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to influence, engage and build credibility with guests, members, colleagues and senior leadership alike.
- A passionate coach and motivator, you will have a strong track record in talent development, performance leadership, engagement and retention, creating a culture of accountability, pride and excellence.
- You will be detail-oriented, highly organised and self-disciplined, with impeccable personal presentation and the ability to ensure those standards are consistently reflected throughout your team.
- You will bring strong operational credibility, including sound understanding of compliance, health & safety, people leadership and operational governance within a luxury hospitality environment.
- We are looking for someone with significant recent leadership experience within a high-end, five-star Spa, Wellness or Leisure environment, with proven responsibility for both operational and commercial performance.
- A recognised Spa Therapy qualification would be advantageous, alongside a strong understanding of luxury wellness trends, guest expectations and premium service delivery.
- Due to the unique scale and spread of the Cameron House estate across Loch Lomondside, a full driving licence is essential.
