The Reward Advisory team advises clients across the full spectrum of total reward, spanning reward strategy and philosophy, pay for performance, pay transparency and equity, incentive and ownership design, wellbeing and benefits, reward regulatory compliance, reward technology and analytics, and reward communications.
In line with our ambitious growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced reward professional with deep technical expertise to play a central role in scaling our practice. You will work alongside a high-calibre team advising a diverse portfolio of UK and global clients on complex reward challenges, helping to shape market-leading solutions and drive measurable impact.
The relationships this role will be responsible for engaging with, and delivering to, are some of our most important within an organisation. This is a key team in the management of some of the firm's most strategic clients. You will have the opportunity to work with various teams across the UK, the US and in Europe.
You will provide technically rigorous advice to clients across the following areas:
- Total reward strategy and philosophy reviews, including alignment of reward to business strategy, talent priorities and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring coherence across both monetary and non-monetary reward elements.
- Design and implementation of performance management frameworks that link pay to individual, team and business performance, reward high performers consistently and build a sustainable high-performance culture.
- Design of short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans, and structuring of equity and share schemes, to align employee interests with company success, drive sustained performance and cultivate an ownership mindset.
- Pay transparency, equity and fairness advisory, including pay gap analysis, pay equity diagnostics, readiness for current and emerging pay transparency legislation, and the design of job architecture, career frameworks and grading structures as the foundation for fair and consistent reward.
- Wellbeing, benefits and flexible reward design, including the implementation of holistic wellbeing programmes, benchmarking and modernisation of benefits portfolios, and the introduction of flexible and personalised reward options to meet evolving workforce expectations.
- Reward regulatory compliance advisory, including ensuring adherence to applicable reward regulation and legislation, mitigating risks and penalties through proactive compliance, and helping clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
- Reward technology, analytics and operations, including platform selection and optimisation, leveraging data analytics, modelling and AI to support smarter reward decisions, and driving operational efficiency across reward delivery.
- Reward communications and employee experience, including the development of strategies to articulate total reward value clearly and compellingly, and to increase employee understanding and engagement.
You will also play a key part in helping to build the practice and develop the team.

- Demonstrable deep technical expertise across several areas of reward, including reward strategy design and implementation, incentive plan design (short-term, long-term and sales incentives), equity and share scheme structuring, job architecture and job evaluation, and performance management frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of pay transparency, equity and fairness, including experience conducting pay gap analyses, pay equity diagnostics and advising clients on readiness for current and emerging pay transparency legislation.
- Experience leveraging reward data, analytics and technology to inform reward design and decision-making, with an understanding of reward technology platforms and the application of modelling and AI in a reward context.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and converting reward advisory opportunities, and a demonstrable appetite for practice-building and revenue growth within a consulting environment.

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). Our hybrid working policy
You'll be based in London or one of our regional offices with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity. As well as remote working, you'll attend your local office, virtual collaboration spaces and client sites, depending on the requirements of the role.
