Job Summary:
The Director of Revenue Operations will play a pivotal role in supporting the EMEA SVP and regional field sales organization. This position requires strong analytical, business, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with sales managers, functional support teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at streamlining complex processes, and has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and sales performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales productivity by optimizing processes, tools, and insights to drive efficiency and maximize revenue outcomes.
- Lead the development of sales insights and analytics, including weekly forecasting, defining sales OKRs, and performance management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and planning framework to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Implement sales segmentation, headcount capacity planning, and quota planning while ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals.
- Coordinate strategic operational initiatives across EMEA by partnering with regional business leaders, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Build, streamline, and simplify sales operations processes to align with regional business objectives and global operational standards.
- Hire, manage, and develop employees in remote locations, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Establish and lead a cross-functional team to improve CRM data quality, supporting planning processes, segmentation, and vertical reporting.
- Lead ad-hoc projects requiring strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the accuracy of sales and operational planning.
- Leverage data and metrics to build business cases, validate assumptions, and inform decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12+ years of industry experience in Sales Operations or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational requests from stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and the ability to extract and analyze data from large, complex databases.
- Strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering new systems and tools.
- Experience working with global teams and managing diverse stakeholders across regions.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent multitasking capabilities and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, with a "general manager/owner" mentality.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
