We are looking to attract a Director to join our Real Estate team at DWF, an award-winning global legal business.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to take the next step in their career. You will support the Real Estate Partner acting on all aspects of investment, development, finance and landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, asset management and more. Not only will you manage your own case load but you will also focus on the development and growth of Key Client relationships, supporting and mentoring other team members to ensure a seamless level of service to some of the Real Estate team's key clients.
We offer flexibility on location, allowing for the position to be based out of any one of our offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester or Newcastle.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied case load of investment, development, finance and landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, asset management and more
- Support the Real Estate Partner in driving continuous growth and improvement across the team
- Supervising and mentoring other team members
- Maintaining strong relationships with Key Clients whilst striving to achieve further growth through new and existing business
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Demonstrable experience in a relevant Real Estate Solicitor/Associate/Director position
- Experience leading/mentoring others
- Confident, personable with excellent client management skills
- Proven experience managing and developing client relationships
