Our market research Insights Team are seeking a Director of quantitative market research to join their dedicated quant team, working hybrid, remote and from our London office at least 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities / Position overview

The purpose of this role is as follows:

  • To play a leading role in the development and growth of Lumanity's quantitative market research team
  • To maintain and build key accounts to generate revenue and drive growth and profitability
  • To provide support on multiple quantitative projects in order to deliver innovative client research solutions to build client satisfaction
  • To provide detailed, advanced knowledge of complex quantitative methodologies (including conjoint, pricing and segmentation)
  • To provide effective coaching, leadership and management to motivate and develop direct reports and work teams

Qualifications

  • 8 - 10 years' experience in research or professional services organisation
  • 8 - 10 years' experience in research-based project management role, with at least:
  • 5 years' experience focussing predominantly on more complex methodologies such as conjoint, pricing and segmentation
  • 5 years in ad-hoc research
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience would be highly beneficial
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in complex quantitative research methodologies and practices - with demonstration of creativity and flair to develop thinking further
  • Detailed experience of creating and delivering large scale quantitative studies
  • Proven skills and track record in project and account management, with outstanding client communication and influencing skills
  • A strong track record at business generation - both with new and existing clients
  • Advanced leadership and management skills
  • Computer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
