Your Role

We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to join our Loyalty team as a strategic leader playing a pivotal role in enhancing our loyalty program, World of Hyatt, by developing high-impact partnerships across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME).

The Director of Partnerships is part of the Commercial Services team, reporting directly to the RVP Loyalty, and working closely with team members across all Commercial Services functions, including Sales, Distribution, Revenue Management, Brands and Marketing, Communications, and other functions as required.

This role is based in major European cities, including London, Zurich, Palma, Madrid, Paris, or Mainz, and the successful candidate must have the legal right to work in one of these locations, with periodic travel required.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage partnerships with key external World of Hyatt partners in the EAME region, including financial and airline partners, focusing on contract negotiation, strategic planning, relationship management, and marketing execution.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new partners to enhance the World of Hyatt program's value proposition, emphasizing ongoing relationship management and negotiations.
  • Set strategies and objectives for financial partnerships, ensuring alignment with our financial goals through internal and external communications.
  • Oversee co-marketing initiatives with financial and airline partners, managing funds aimed at generating Hyatt Hotel spend.
  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract members to regional partnership offerings, driving substantial incremental revenue.
  • Build financial models to assess the business impacts of partnerships and track key success metrics for each initiative.
