We're looking for a Director of Marketing, EMEA to own the full demand engine for the region: strategy, execution, pipeline, and impact. This is a senior individual contributor and cross-functional leadership role. You'll operate at the intersection of global ambition and regional nuance, turning Meltwater's GTM goals into campaigns and programs that resonate across markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the EMEA Demand Strategy: Build and continuously evolve a regional demand generation strategy aligned to Meltwater's global GTM goals. Drive high-quality pipeline through a mix of programs and events, with a sharp focus on revenue, not just lead volume.
  • Run Integrated, Full-Funnel Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns across paid media, content syndication, events, email, and account-based channels to source and convert high-quality pipeline.
  • Optimise Relentlessly: Analyse conversion rates at every stage. Surface the gaps, run the tests, implement the fixes. You use data and experience in equal measure.
  • Localise Without Losing the Thread: Adapt global programs and messaging for EMEA markets with genuine market sensibility.
  • Lead and Grow an Exceptional Team: You'll lead a high-performing team across regional field marketing and digital functions. You'll create an environment where they thrive and do their best work.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with EMEA Sales Leadership, Account Executives, RevOps, and Global Marketing to align on goals and execution.
  • Report What Matters: You'll have an analytics team in your corner, but the story is yours to tell. Translate pipeline and funnel performance into clear, regular communication that keeps stakeholders across the business informed and aligned on what's working, what's not, and what's next.
  • Stay Sharp on AI and Innovation: Meltwater is an AI company. We expect our marketing team to use AI the way we ask our customers to, embedding it into how you work and where you find advantage.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS or technology, with a demonstrable track record in EMEA markets and complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Deep fluency in funnel metrics and attribution. You understand the journey from impression to revenue and can build the models to prove it
  • Hands-on experience with the modern MarTech stack (Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, Tableau or equivalent, you know your way around a dashboard and a CRM)
  • A strategic mindset paired with a bias for execution. You're as comfortable presenting a 12-month Marketing roadmap as you are building the campaign yourself
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication - you translate marketing strategy into business outcomes, and you do it in a language sales actually speaks
  • An active relationship with AI tools - you're not waiting to see how it plays out; you're already running experiments and building AI-fuelled workflows into how you work
  • Fluency in French, German, or another major European language is a genuine advantage given the markets we're growing in.
