We're hiring for an Integrated Display Director as part of Amplifi in London.

Purpose of the Role

As an Integrated Display Director, you will lead a specialist team in delivering high-quality digital display and programmatic campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. Working closely with senior partners, internal teams, and media owners, you will drive campaign strategy, operational excellence, and innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes. You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement, while playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of display and programmatic media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of complex programmatic and managed service display campaigns, acting as the senior escalation point across DSPs and media partners.
  • Own platform and partner strategy, including DSP roadmaps, feature adoption, testing & learning frameworks, and optimisation standards to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Deliver commercial and client success, owning budgets, forecasting, MMM delivery, and governance of trading decisions to ensure performance, value, and margin alignment.
  • Act as a senior client and stakeholder lead, translating complex data and platform insights into clear, compelling narratives and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead and develop high‑performing teams by setting best practice, upskilling talent, and resolving complex technical or operational challenges across activation and offshore teams.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Deep expertise in programmatic and managed service display, with proven experience leading complex activations across DV360, The Trade Desk, and direct media owner partnerships.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ownership of budgets, forecasting, MMM delivery, and governance of trading and optimisation decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to set optimisation standards, DSP roadmaps, and testing & learning frameworks, driving continuous performance improvement at scale.
  • Confident senior client and stakeholder leader, able to translate complex platform and performance insights into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proven people leader and technical mentor, experienced in upskilling teams, setting best practice, and acting as escalation point for complex challenges.
