- Ensure the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation in food and beverage offerings, reflecting Nobu's iconic brand and guest expectations.
- Lead seamless execution of weddings, corporate events, and private functions, delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
- Develop and maintain efficient processes across kitchen, bar, and service operations while ensuring strict health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Drive financial performance through meticulous budgeting, cost control, and innovative strategies that position the property as a premier culinary destination.
- Inspire and cultivate a talented, motivated team through thoughtful recruitment, training, and leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to craft menus aligned with Nobu ethos - creative innovative, and reflective of seasonal and local ingredients, ensuring alignment with market trends and guest preference
- Engage with guests to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences, actively seeking and acting on feedback to continuously refine offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop standout promotions, events, and digital campaigns that elevate Nobu's visibility and reputation.
- Uphold Nobu's sustainability values by integrating eco-conscious practices, including waste reduction and energy-efficient processes.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions, optimise efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of F&B operations.

EXPERIENCE
We're searching for a seasoned and inspiring leader with the following experience and qualities to join our Nobu family:
- Proven success in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel, ideally as a Director of F&B.
- A deep appreciation and understanding of Japanese cuisine and culture, with experience managing high-profile restaurant operations as a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability through strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - that foster collaboration and connection.
- A true passion for food and beverage, with an unwavering commitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
