Job Description

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team in Newcastle

This is an exciting opportunity for a Director Financial Planning to join a high performing team in Newcastle. The Director Financial Planning is a key role, responsible for developing and creating new business across the North East. You will have the opportunity to business develop across various clients with case sizes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Newcastle team if you are looking for a position which needs an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented approach. We will be looking for candidates who can show experience with developing and growing a client book.

As a Director Financial Planning your responsibilities will include among others

• Actively develop new business opportunities across the North East
• Maintain the New Business Pipeline (NBP)
• Building new client relationships and maintain and develop existing client relationships through effective ongoing service to help minimise attrition.
• Structure and lead client meetings.
• To ensure client reviews are undertaken at least annually in line with clients' changing risk attitudes and strategic requirements.
• Take responsibility for supporting the growth of the business, working with the director/partner group on key commercial pillars.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should

• Hold a relevant level 4 qualification or above (ideally Level 6) and maintains an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing
• Experience of developing existing business and identifying new business opportunities
• Experience of relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Real passion for providing a first-class service to clients.
