Kody is growing fast, and our finance function needs a steady hand to ensure we scale with confidence. We're looking for a Finance Director who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, keeping our financial operations running smoothly while planning for the future.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our finance function while working closely with leadership to ensure we make smart, data-driven financial decisions. This is a high-impact role where you'll be hands-on with everything from financial operations to commercial strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build robust financial models that help us grow sustainably.
• Ensure we always have a strong handle on cash runway and working capital.
• Identify and implement improvements to finance processes, making things faster and more efficient.
• Keep us compliant with regulatory requirements in all current and future operating jurisdictions.
• Work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive financial strategy.
• Mentor and up-skill finance team members as we scale.

Requirements

• Experience as a Finance Director (or senior finance leader) in a high-growth startup or scale-up (ideally in fintech).
• Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience in FP&A, accounting and compliance.
• Proven ability to improve processes and implement scalable finance operations.
• Someone who enjoys both strategic finance and rolling up their sleeves.
• A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Passion for fintech and making financial services better for businesses.
