Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Enterprise SSD and NAND Business Development to lead and expand our NAND memory solutions in the Middle East, India and Europe regions. This strategic role will focus on driving growth, cultivating key relationships, and unlocking new business opportunities in local data centers, enterprise environments, and government projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the Middle East markets, with deep knowledge of the local market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and key players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of Enterprise SSD and NAND products across the Middle East, India, and Europe in enterprise and data center sectors.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including large enterprise customers, data center operators, and government agencies, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Manage the opportunities funnel, engage with sales, marketing, BU resources to increase company's footprint in the region
  • Identify and secure opportunities in government projects and public sector digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning and product positioning.
  • Provide leadership in navigating the regulatory landscape of the region, ensuring compliance with local laws and standards in the Middle East, India and Europe.
  • Develop partnerships with local technology integrators, service providers, and distributors to enhance market penetration and reach.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the technology, data center, or enterprise solutions sectors.
  • Proven track record of working in the Middle East and India with a thorough understanding of the region's market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and key industry players.
  • Strong experience working with local data centers, enterprise environments, and government projects in the Middle East and India.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise SSD technology and its applications in enterprise and data center markets.
  • Excellent network of contacts within government agencies and large enterprises across the Middle East and Europe.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on securing high-value deals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East, India, and Europe as required.

Preferred:

  • Fluency in Arabic and/or other regional languages.
  • Experience working in or with public sector technology projects and digital infrastructure initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks in the Middle East, India, and Europe.
